FULAFIA Medical Fitness Form for Newly Admitted Candidates 2017/2018 Academic Session

This is to inform all the candidates offered provisional admission into the Federal University Lafia (FULAFIA), Nasarawa State, Degree Programmes for the 2017/2018 academic session, that they are required to download and fill the medical fitness form.

All newly admitted students are to required download and complete the Student Medical Fitness Form from the link below and carry out all the necessary medical examinations and submit immediately to the Medical Centre, FULAFIA.
